Hand-shaped surfboards

Boards shaped by hand, for the way you actually surf.

Custom surfboards made to order — dialled to your weight, your waves and your style.

The craft

occo is a one-person shaping room. Every board is shaped by hand — no pop-outs, no machines doing the thinking. The aim is simple: a board that suits how you actually surf, not a number off a rack.
